You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use QuoteBook for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute the app, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to extract the underlying quote database for commercial use.
The quotes in QuoteBook are short excerpts from published works, used under fair use / fair dealing principles for purposes of commentary, education, and personal reflection. Every quote is attributed with the source text. If you are the rights-holder of a quoted work and believe a quote in QuoteBook should not be included, contact [email protected] and it will be promptly reviewed and removed if appropriate.
QuoteBook is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While every quote has been checked against a primary source, mistakes are possible. If you spot one, please report it.
